Return Process

  Log into your HATOR account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to HATOR

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
